New Product, New Customer

Launching a new product, especially in a saturated market, is a meticulous dance. With the introduction of the Lahar-30, we recognized the challenges ahead. Our strategy was rooted in transparency, emphasizing manufacturing excellence, customer education, and a product that offers a myriad of benefits. We understood the value in our pricing, but we placed a premium on equipping our customers with the knowledge needed to make informed and confident purchasing decisions.

Purchasing a suppressor is not for the faint of heart. It involves many additional steps in comparison to a regular firearm purchase. ATF Form 4 submission, fingerprint submission, possible trust creation and notary, a $200 tax and the patience to endure a lengthy wait for approval that can stretch up to a year. This bureaucratic process can be frustrating and daunting, especially for newcomers.

We wanted to change that perception and educate potential customers. We wanted them to understand that despite the hoops they have to jump through, the Lahar is a product that's genuinely worth the effort. It's not just about reducing noise; it's about enhancing safety, precision, and the users overall shooting experience. By shedding light on these advantages and offering support throughout the process, we aimed to make the journey smoother and more rewarding for our customers.
